It has definately been proven to be toxic. Where are the studies that show it is actually useful to teeth?

The current claim is that it can reduce ADULT dental carries by 25%. (Correlation is not causation) See how they have flipped the entire argument?

As kids don't have adult teeth there is literally no evidence that it is useful in anyway to kids.

1 milligram per liter = 1 part per million (ppm) because a liter of water at room temp is 1 kilogram or one million milligrams

Also, on the floride rinses at school: I've heard of schools doing this for rural kids whose homes were on private wells and thus not floridated.
